Instead of performing Charles Dickens’ beloved holiday classic for the umpteenth time,
three actors decide to perform every Christmas story ever told — plus Christmas traditions from around the world,
seasonal icons from ancient times to topical pop-culture, and every carol ever sung. A madcap romp through the holiday season!

JIM: The “straight man”. No nonsense, struggles to keep the other cast mates on task. Just wants to perform “A Christmas Carol” like they have rehearsed. *Characters played by Jim: Grinch, Hermy, Sugar Plum Fairy, Scrooge, Mr. Potter
JOHN: Childlike, full of wonder and amazement. Energetic lover of all things holiday. *Characters played by John: Gustav the Green-Nosed Reingoat, Della, Linus, Nutcracker, Clarence, George Bailey
MICHAEL: An instigator and showman. Just there to have fun and to get under Jim’s skin. *Characters played by Michael: Mrs. Claus, Yukon Cornelius, Mouse King, Cratchit, Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future
